A Few Words About Me
Hi, my name is Mike and I am the co-owner and founder of Photo In A Box. I graduated from George Mason University back in good old 2001 with a degree in MIS (don’t ask me what that is). After a long and tiresome career in retail management I decided it was time to do my own thing. And after a few successful start ups, my partner and I decided to create Photo In A Box. We’re closing in on 10 years and the work still keeps me laughing.

Photo In A Box was amazing. First of all, we called around asking for a booth very last minute and they were very accommodating. Mike returned my emails very promptly and answered all of my questions. He took the time to make the banner exactly how we liked it and was very helpful. On the day of the event, the set up went exactly as planned–the booth included so many fun and relevant accessories that everyone loved. Also, during the event, William did an amazing job taking our photos and making sure everyone was happy with their printouts. I would say this was a top-notch company and very professional. I highly recommend!

Another year, another holiday party in the books and a good time was had by all judging by the photos. Photo-in-a-Box is becoming an annual tradition for our company holiday party. Mike makes sure everyone has a great time and keeps things moving as quickly as possible, especially with a crowd of 400+.
For a corporate party where engagement is a key reason to have them, it’s important to have the photos as quickly as possible, so it’s wonderful to get the link to the photos quickly (within 2 hours of the party this year) so I can share it with everyone (and download a selection to post in the office).
This company is a pleasure to do business with and I look forward to partnering with them in the future.

I recently rented Photo In A Box for an office holiday party. They were professional, easy to work with, and provided a great final product! The process of getting a quote, arranging our date, and setting up our personalized banner were easy and seamless. Invoices were sent through Square for easy credit card payment.
The party was an absolute hit, we rented the Party Booth and it really did fit 8-10 people. Mike was patient with my group and helped us the whole way through. All the guests were extremely impressed with his assortment of props. The event ended at 10pm and we received our online album that night! Would definitely suggest for anyone looking for this type of entertainment!

After researching and calling MANY MANY photo booth companies, I used Photo In A Box for my brother’s wedding in September and they were absolutely AMAZING. It was the best decision I could have made. Will and Mike worked with me from day one and answered any and all questions I had quickly and professionally. They even worked out a payment plan with me. They have a good selection of photo booths that can fit any occasion or style you are looking for. I was a part of the wedding party so I didn’t have time to greet the guys when they came to set up, and to be honest, forgot about it until after the wedding started! Sure enough, they were set up and ready to go without me having to even THINK about it. It was incredible to not have to worry about it. They worked with me on customizing the Photo Strip frames so that they matched the bride and grooms wedding invitations- and they did WONDERFUL…

Photo In A Box set up a booth at a staff wellness fair at a hospital. They were on time, courteous and were able to accommodate us at the very last minute. They did great with our high volume of staff taking multiple pictures. Their customer service was wonderful. They helped to make our event a huge morale success! We will definitely use them again! Consider them for work morale functions!!!

Photo in a Box was the perfect addition to our company’s holiday party! The price was right and they made my life 100% easier. They even brought a bunch of props that were holiday themed! Mike was there early to set up and very helpful if I had any questions throughout the whole process. The booth was a huge hit and the guests loved it! This is our second time hiring Photo in a Box for a large (almost 200 people comprised of kids and adults) party. They were on time, professional, and most helpful. They almost made a point of tracking me down before they packed up for the night because they realized my husband and I had not used the photo booth yet (bc we were too busy being hosts). It’s the little extra effort like that that makes me recommend Photo in a Box without hesitation. You may find a cheaper service, but you will get what you pay for IMHO. This company is top notch.

I hired Photo in a Box for our Family Reunion Banquet so cousins would bond and have fun together. It was such a hit! We had the young kids in there nonstop and even the elders enjoyed wearing the props and being silly. It broke the ice and lead to a lot of bonding that lasted the entire weekend. Our pictures came out great and we got the online gallery in less than 24 hours. The owners are so nice and professional. It was a pleasure working with them! I cannot wait to hire them again!
